A white wine with a strong olfactory and gustatory impact. Its intense bouquet releases fruity and vegetal aromas which are perfectly balanced. In the mouth it is smooth, velvety and pleasantly persistent. It perfectly pairs with light dishes and can also be served as an aperitif.

Full-bodied, balanced and elegant.
Light fish or white meat dishes are a suitable match, but Sauvignon is excellent with cold meat platters and soft cheeses.
